Three-Four Flats

A contemporary development of six flats in North Hinksey Village replaces an uninspiring and poorly maintained 1950’s detached house on a substantial plot. This development of starter flats makes more efficient use of the site and integrates well within the character of its setting, which iterative and varied.

Principle rooms are orientated on the East-West axis to benefit from views of the communal garden at the rear, and landscaped forecourt at the front.
