Hill View

NCA were commissioned to design a one off house in the village of Beckley. Sited behind the main thoroughfare, Hill View is discrete and simple in its design, set across two wings a-side a central glazed pivot and flanked by a feature spine wall. The single storey design was critical to enable the consent of this new house within the Oxford Green Belt, limiting impact on existing and neighbouring properties.

Construction was completed in 2021.
