North Oxford Residence

A holistic refurbishment and extension project has breathed new life into a Victorian Villa in North Oxford. A raised garden terrace adjacent to the open plan living, dining and kitchen space provides elevated views of the ornamental garden, which is set substantially lower than the principle living spaces.

Large format windows and doors are framed by a red brick surround which connects the addition to the existing house, whilst maximising opportunities for views down the garden, and natural daylighting of the house. Upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms were refurbished and upgraded to meet modern standards, transforming the property into a fabulous family home.
